What is the License?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Our curriculum has been under development, change, and updating since it’s original version in 1999. This takes considerable time and effort to accomplish. As such, the curriculum itself is copyrighted and deemed as intellectual property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we allow a school to use the curriculum, it is done with a written agreement that dictates the rights and responsibility of both parties. In other words, what you should expect from us – and what we will expect from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On your part, you will accept that you will use the program for live classes only at your school. That no portion of the program can be copied and used for any other purpose. And that you will purchase student materials from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On our part, we will promise to keep our materials up-to-date with the latest knowledge and professional requirements. We also promise to provide you with the updates needed to keep your materials current – at no charge to you!<\/em> Further, we promise to provide you with the best customer service. You will have our email and phone number and we are available 7 days a week<\/em> – even the president of the company.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if you find we are not right for you? (there’s always a first time)<\/em> You can simply provide a 30 day notice, return all of the curriculum materials, and cancel the license without penalties or fees.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does the License cost?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The license payment is a one-time<\/em><\/strong> fee. Once it is paid, the only expense to the school is the cost of the student materials each term. If you do not hold classes in a six month period, a service charge may be assessed because we continue to support you with updates and developments<\/em>. The amount of the license fee will vary based on the type of school. Discounts to the license fee are sometimes available. The current one-time license fees are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
